By creating an account or using PetMat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children's use of PetMat.

2. Description of Service

PetMat is an educational platform that provides interactive exercises in mathematics, languages, and nature for children. Parents can create accounts, add children profiles, assign exercises and games, and monitor progress through a dashboard.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each account is personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.

4. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service (name, age, exercise progress). We do not share children's data with third parties for advertising purposes. Parents can request deletion of their children's data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the platform's operation
Copy or redistribute the educational content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PetMat, including exercises, games, graphics, and text, is the property of PetMat and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Payments

PetMat offers free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

PetMat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
